What ‘s nowadays called “ creative “ tomorrow could be called “ tradition “ a very simple and lucky idea from which the adventurous travel of Don Claudio started 30 years ago. The purpose is searching with passion for any novelty to use in our cookery.
The result of this research is a cookery who aims at the quality of the products keeping the original flavours but using elegant and surprising combinings.
Never taken for granted they are refined, presented well but never eccessive


Don Claudio is working in team with Legambiente turismo together with his staff in order to realise an important purpose : to respect the environment without giving up quality and comfort.
Therefore we are rewarded prices being one of the ten best ecological restaurants in Italy.
As a matter of fact our aim is to choose and offer fresh products coming from biological our natural agriculture and using as much as possible products and specialities from our own territory giving information about natural, storical and cultural heritage .

Mo.Mo. rises from Don Claudio but goes further . The idea of this cultural movement at his rise two years ago was creativity not only in the kitchen but also as art , fashion , design, exhibitions, gala , round table conference all of them in one way or another leading to cookery
